This fall is all about mixing comfort with eye-catching details. Tie front tops are the standout pieces, offering a fun and flirty take on blouses. Whether you’re wearing them a little open or cinching them all the way up, they add a bit of feminine flair to any outfit. Meanwhile, brown denim is stepping into the spotlight as a warm and stylish alternative to your usual blue jeans. This earthy hue is incredibly versatile, effortlessly pairing with a range of colors and textures for a fresh autumn look.
Leopard print remains a go-to for adding a touch of fierce sophistication to your wardrobe, but really all animal prints are up for grabs. This season, it’s showing up everywhere from outerwear to accessories, proving its staying power. On the footwear front, buckle flats are the must-have for their blend of practicality and chic design. I particularly love this leopard print buckle flat from ASOS that is under $50.

The Western trend is holding strong through the Fall & Winter seasons. Cowboy boots bring a rugged edge to dresses and jeans in both knee-high, midcalf and bootie options. I especially like seeing them paired back to boho maxi skirts, giving overall looks a relaxed, effortless vibe. I’m also seeing the classic Frye harness boot more and more. I remember doing a closet clean-out with my mom over a decade ago and she had a pair of them in her closet. While they weren’t my style at the time, I recognized a classic when I saw it so thankfully she kept them! For some reason they’ve always stuck with me and have been on my wish list. It’s so fun seeing them come back again!
Finally, we’re embracing draped sweaters and outerwear. I love this cape look from Ferragamo and this top from Marcella NY. The latter with jeans and flats would be the perfect uniform! Drapey tops and capes with boho skirts, especially in plaid prints, are perfect for embracing a relaxed, effortless vibe, rounding out a fall wardrobe that’s both comfortable and on-trend.
