Extended Sizes At Express

I’ve talked about Express and how much I love their jeans in the past, but I’m so excited to let you know they are now offering extended sizes both online and in-store. So all my curvy gals: time to go shopping!

In addition to Express.com, 130 stores now offer sizes 00-18. While this isn’t a fully inclusive line (most plus size stores extend to sizes in the 20’s) it’s a great start! They also offer short, regular, and long lengths in all of their denim. I’m so happy to see retailers finally focusing on body diversity!

The quality and fit of Express denim is fantastic and hugs my curves perfectly. I have several pairs that have even lasted me literally years. If your thighs touch, which most of our’s do, then you know that being able to wear a a pair of jeans for more than a year without wearing them so thin that a hole forms at the top of your inner thigh is a pretty big deal. Further more, I have a mix of pairs that are 100% cotton and others that are stretch and guess what? They all fit perfectly. Even when I accidentally dry them! They don’t grow too much as you wear them (no one likes saggy jeans!) and they don’t fade prematurely. Plus, all of this comes at a price point under $100. That’s amazing!

In addition to jeans, Express also carries trendy tops, dresses, and accessories. This off the shoulder gingham blouse is lightweight and comfortable. The elastic isn’t too tight. This is key in an off the shoulder top because if the elastic in the neckline is too tight then you spend your day constantly adjusting and pulling it down. I also love the dramatic sleeve on this blouse! Bell sleeves are fun to wear, add a bit of sass, and make you feel like you’ve gone above and beyond with your outfit. I’ve paired it with my favorite ripped black skinny jeans for a look that you can rock both day and night!
