Favorites From Draper James Spring Collection
Draper James kindly sent me some pieces from their Spring collection and I did a full try-on over on Instagram (click here to watch the Reel) and you loved it! So I wanted to follow up for my blog subscribers to get my top pieces from the collection, including some items I didn’t have a chance to feature in the video like the pink color-block sweater (perfect for cooler nights) and their classic poplin shirt.
My top two dresses from the collection are by-far the tiered skirt chambray dress I’m wearing in the photos and the dark wash smocked maxi dress. Both are really easy pieces that will keep you cool and comfortable this season. They’re also very comfortable! Wear them with heels to dress them up, like the Paloma Platform, or dress them down with a casual sneaker.
While I’m not typically a preppy dresser, have an appreciation for the aesthetic and love to have a good mix of classic items in my closet. I truly think that Draper James is excelling at providing high quality, classic pieces with a mix of bold and bright prints in a range of sizes. I had the opportunity to model for them recently and I was so excited to see how many items come in 1X-3X. They’re being really conscious about making sure women in all of the sizes they offer feel beautiful and represented.
