I’ve been a little MIA from blog posts lately because we’ve been traveling for the holidays and spending quality time with family. I think it’s healthy to take a little breather from work every now and then. We are all in that weird in-between time where Thanksgiving and Christmas are over and we are waiting on New Years to pass. Honestly half the time I don’t know what day it is and don’t care!

So I wanted to start the regular flow of posts back up with one of my favorite looks from 2017. Most of the time when we think about styling t-shirts we automatically go to a pair of jeans or athletic pants. However, t-shirts are so much fun to pair with skirts or over dresses for an unexpected look! I’ve paired this camo tee with an old pleated midi (now available in olive and hot pink) and a fabulous pair of rose gold Stuart Weitzman pumps that I have worn the hell out of. Honestly they’re in terrible condition, so this is probably the last time I will ever wear them. Cue the tiny violin!

One of my 2018 resolutions is to have more fun with fashion like I used to. I think for a while I got caught up in just trying to get together content or just got a little lazy with my every day style. I want to refocus on putting together looks every day that empower me, boost my confidence, and make me feel like my best self! What’s your New Year resolution?
