Happy National Bourbon Day!  I usually think these "national days" get a little out of hand (i.e. National Hug Your Cat Day, National Thinking Day, etc), but I have to raise a glass to this one.  Bourbon is by far my drink of choice - especially a well made Old Fashioned.
